General Guidelines
- Never store your canopy with the top still on the frame.
- Ensure your canopy tent is clean and completely dry before storing. Moisture can lead to mildew or fabric damage.
- Avoid bleach-based cleaning agents. Bleach can remove colours or cause yellowing on white fabrics.
- Do not machine wash your canopy top. Machine washing can damage the seams, leading to leaks.
- Store your canopy tent in the included roller bag. Keep the bag in a dry, rodent-free area until your next event.
Cleaning Tips
If hosing down the fabric doesn’t remove all the dirt, try the following:
- Use a fabric-safe cleaner with warm water.
- Gently scrub with a soft cotton cloth or a soft-bristled brush to lift stubborn dirt.
