With its standard 40mm hexagonal aluminum frame and a thickness of 1.5mm, our 10×20 custom printed tent is arguably the strongest entry level canopy on the Canadian market. Stand out from the competition with our 100% custom sublimation print offering vibrant and long-lasting colors. At Custom Tent Canada, we offer a print on a superior quality Oxford type fabric which offers water resistance, UV protection and flame resistance (SOR/2016-185 and CPAI-84).

For any custom project, the turnaround time is typically 9 to 12 business days after the design has been approved and the deposit has been paid. Custom Canopy Care Instructions

We want your custom canopy to stand the test of time. Our products are designed for years of use and to leave a lasting impression on you and your audience. To make the most of your canopy tent and branded materials year-round, a few care rules are essential to follow:

General Guidelines

  • Never store your canopy with the top still on the frame.
  • Ensure your canopy tent is clean and completely dry before storing. Moisture can lead to mildew or fabric damage.
  • Avoid bleach-based cleaning agents. Bleach can remove colours or cause yellowing on white fabrics.
  • Do not machine wash your canopy top. Machine washing can damage the seams, leading to leaks.
  • Store your canopy tent in the included roller bag. Keep the bag in a dry, rodent-free area until your next event.

Cleaning Tips

If hosing down the fabric doesn’t remove all the dirt, try the following:

  1. Use a fabric-safe cleaner with warm water.
  2. Gently scrub with a soft cotton cloth or a soft-bristled brush to lift stubborn dirt.
  3. For a trusted Canadian product, we recommend No Stain by Dirt-Care for effective and safe cleaning.
